Gasket

I have a 97 v6 stang can anyone tell me what the collector gasket is and where it located in the car? Also is it costly to replace, can anyone tell me if it's going to break my bank account or what? Thanks

Your collector gasket is the gasket between your exhaust manifolds and your pipe or collector that your pipe is welded to. They only cost a couple dollars and you can change them fairly easy with a wrench and a ratchet with the car on some jackstands or ramps.
