Need everyones feedback

Well, Im starting a little dedicated site of some sort on r33's, and Ive seen plently of pics online and have some of mine as well. I got a scanner and printer so Im a-ok. Problem is, you think it'd be ok to put pics that nissan have originally released and put them on my site? I will say that the pics are courtesy of nissan, and that I am not intending on infringing upon any copyright, just solely to spread word. Do you think it would be ok? Also how about screenshots I took from a nismo dyno tryout--since its from nissan, its a released video and Ive taken some screens think it'd be ok to put it up on my site?
Just wondering, if I can do all this without getting into legal problems, if any of you can, tell me from your opinion what can be allowed and what cannot, thanks all. :smile:

As long as you don't alter the copyrighted pics and put in a disclaimer for all of your sources for pics and literature. You should be ok as long as you don't charge admission to your site.

That opens up a whole new can of worms right there.
