tranny fluid

ok, this is probably a stupid question but what kind of fluid do I put in my manual transmission? I have looked at a few stores and all of them have auto tranny fluid, but nothing labeled for manuals.

10w40 motor oil... about 2 quarts

even better, go to the dealership and get honda mtf. Gets rid of any grinds real good.
