our cars do that with a 10th of the price of what a mild mod would cost him. If you add 10hp to a chevy you cant tell if you add 10hp to a civic you CAN tell. I have a vett I know. A stock 350 is like saying a stock d15 is slow in the chevy world, sure it is, but its still faster than most stock hondas even if the 350 is in a heavy ass truck. LOL!
