i cant help but asking is it recommended to put an f series motor into an integra? in my mind i doubt it cause the h series are not recommend because of weight issues. could someone clear this up.

Well, every engine but the F20Bs and F20Cs suck, so unless you do one of those, then it will totally not be worth it. F22s do about 130-140hp max unless you build them up or turbo them, and I won't even get into the problems with that.

F20Bs are about the same as the H22 but smaller displacement. Weight and cost is an issue with that swap. The F20C is the engine from the S2000 and is meant for RWD so you're looking at a lot of money.

So, no, it is not recommended as a good swap for an integra, unless you have a $$$.

go with a b18c and stay basically the same weight in front vs. an h22 or an f series swap
cheaper and makes more sense IMO

the smart choice would be b18c or ls/vtec or crvtec

although i'm somewhat against it, go h22 if you have the time, money, and patience. dropping an h22 will not necessarily equal lack of handling, they can actually be made to handle the same, if not better than any b series swap. Like i said, time...money..and patience..
