top speed

hey ppl,
what can an stock 98 civic si( cdn.) which is ex ( american ) do in the 1/4 mile..and also does it have a governor?

there was a civic si at the track the other night with cold air, headers, exhaust, and a apexx vtec controler/ airfuel mix controller it ran 16.0

Stock they will run high 16's at best, average about 17.0

With a few mods a 16.0 is about as good as it gets.

EX won't reach the govenor in the quarter mile.

Too many factors to give an accurate estimate.
