SOMEONE SHOW ME HOW TO PAINT MY DASH! please.

Hey i have a 93' Civic Ex coupe and i am tired of the nasty looking gray door panels and dashboard. I want to paint it all black, the door panels i think i can handle but i need some ideas on how to do the dash. Should i try to do it or is there some business that will do it for me?
