94 Blazer - aux 12VDC outlet

I have a 94 S10 Blazer and the auxilliary DC power outlet by the floor console is not working. I checked all the fuses and they look good.

Does anyone know how this plug is wired ?

BTW - The cigarette lighter plug on the dash next to the am/fm radio, above the hatch release button is working.

they are wired together, there is a funny looking plug on the back of the outlet that sometimes shakes loose. Sorry but you are going to have to remove the lower dsh panel

The plug on the back of the outlet is good.

Where does the orange A+ wire get attached to ?
