Masking on XP

Does any one know where the masking tool is on XP I can not seem to find it. Thanks

OK maybe I need more detail, Does anyone use PS7 on XP Home Edition and if so I can not find the Masking tool? Post a reply if you know thanks.

I run ps7 on XP Home but it's right on the toolbar.
