Hey all! Hope you don't mind a pseudo-forum crasher, but I figured this would be the place to get some info. A bunch of us were at Carlisle last weekend and saw the blue Fiero with the Northstar conversion. Needless to say, we were impressed. I'm not a big fan of domestics, but I'm a car guy at heart. That thing was the best, most original one at the show. Should have won several awards (if it didn't). That car was hot, and has caused quite a positive stir over on our Web Boards for Sol owners. Everyone loves it. So, does anyone know where we can see more pics or get more info on it? Thanks!
PS- It's nice to see you guys are as passionate about your cars as we are about ours!

I met the creaters of the blue "Fiero" and they are very very nice. They are from Russia and worked in the car factories as designers. They left because they were being repressed and there ideas and designes were being ignored. As you can see by the "Plazma" they have created, there ideas are awesome!
I interviewed them at Carlisles Custom Compact show in Harrisburg PA.
You should really see and hear this footage as they are very impressive to listen to and talk about the history of the Fiero and where Hulki got some of the ideas for the mid engine and space frame.
If anyone is interested in getting a copy, which also includes some footage of the Custom Compact show itself, just let me know and for a small cost to cover cost of tape and shipping I can send you a copy.

Besides all the pics of many of the awesome Fieros that were at the Fieros at Carlisle show, it includes some nice pics of the blue Plazma that was also there and the thread has links of other sites that also have pics of it on them.

Coop, Kinda funnyou you mention the rivalry between the CRX and Fiero. I recently went from a Fiero to an Si and, there's alot about the Fiero I miss, like rear weel drive. Not that I don't love my CRX. Aside from the look, no power stearing, and all the other similarities, I think the difference in the ride really stands out above all else.
And the link abouve does have great pics. everyone should check it out.
