well this has been asked a few times but i'll help anyway.
The majority of guys who've tried it love mobil 1 for their engine oil and say its the best. I haven'y yet used mobil 1 but I use castrol Magnatec and that is also amazing in my opinion considering how i felt the car run before and after the oil change.
for tranny fluid most people recommend mobil 1 synthetic ATF (automatic tran... fluid).
AS for brake fluids i'm really not sure theres much of a difference in what you use, but i really don't know so can't help ya on this one.

i use valvoline and quakerstate, there not the top of line oils but i've always had good luck with em. i'm not a big fan of synthetic oils tho. i usually try stay with something good quality, but something i can get at a gas station if i'm low on oil. i dont like to mix oils, and most of the mobile1's, and castrol's arent available at gas stations. dont know what others think, but i think pennzoil sucks.

oil subjective, very brand allegance oriented. as far as trans and brake fluid, go get some from the chevy dealership, thats all i use. ill i will ever use.

For my transmission and rearend I like using redline oils. Id use it for my engine too but its just too damn expensive. Plus we get boxes of Castrol for free so I just use that.

I havent used it but its similar to redline. In Chevy High Performance magazine when they were trying to get 500 torque from their 383 they were like 494 or something and threw in some royal purple and it gave them like 8 extra torque.
Id probably only use something like that on an engine that I had just freshly built. Dont see a point really if its got a decent amount of mileage on it already.

id only use that stuff in an engine that i was trying to run quarters on. i really dont think you need anything like the redline or royal purple if youre just puttin around town. aint worth the money IMO...
