All fouled up....

i've got an 86 z28 with a 5.0 TPI. the dam thing just won't stop fouling plugs, but it's not burning oil. i really don't want to pull the motor and rebuild it (time is not on my side). any suggestions?

are there any driveability problems, or an SES light? when was the last time you changed, or cleaned the air filter? could also be an O2 sensor, or MAF problem.
