Did you post this on the MR2OC?
Either way, no, it wouldnt fit, at all, if you wanted a "VTEC" head on a MR2 you should use the VVTI Beams 3S-GE head. But why would you want to? Boost > VTEC.
This might be the dumbest idea i've ever heard, keep Honda parts on hondas...

y is it the dumbest idea ever, have u ever been in a boosted b18. its awsome and then when the vtech kicks in its klike double boost(in a way)

a friend has told me before that when u turbo charge a vtec system, depending how many pounds, when u boost when the extra cam opens up you would actually push air out of the system through the vtec instead of using it to get more air. Thats why most people turbo charge LS integras instead of a gsr model. I may be wrong but thats what a friend told me before and it doesnt seem to be bull.

1st of all my Integra had a B18. 2nd of all VTEC and boost dont go well together, because you dont stay in the HIGH rpms.
The reason the LS is the preferred forced induction application is because of its longer gears and lower compression ratio. I know my Honda knowledge, but to VTEC a Toyota turbocharged engine would be counter productive.
There are already much better ways to make power on the 3S-GTE than to mess with the head like that.
I've ridden in many a Turbo GS-R, and it FELT faster than it was. I prefer real power... Boost > VTEC

so if this (boost > vtec) was true, can this be also true (boost > vvti). will a 3sgte engine with vvti be weaker than a 3sgte engine without vvti? just wondering.............

it depends on your tuning... it takes a lot to get a vvt system to work nicely with a turbo.
i'm planning on building a 3s-gte from a Beams 3s-ge, will be using motec ECU to control valve overlap to avoid "blow through". it's possible to get it to work well but it REALLY depends on what you are using the car for, you can get just as much power without rhe VVT system, especially at the top end, VVT makes no difference.
i dont want to go into this but its all about the cam shape.

why the beams 3sge? you could just get a regular 3sgte...
did you guys notice the thread started spelled vtec "vtech"? haha.

the regular 3sgte doesn't have VVTL-i.
its the harder way to do it, thats for sure, but when i get it all done it should work really well.
the low cam profile is close to a 3sgte cam, and the high cam is close to an extreme HKS cam. so i could drive round on a normal cam below boost and even continually adjust the timing to make it more efficient, then when i put my foot down it hits the big cam and the boost and i'm off... well it'd hit the boost first. also the altezza (beams) engine revs harder, stronger springs etc. figured out i'm gonna use a motec EMS to run it all so i'll be able to up the rev limit.
