Hi

Hello all. This forum is full of information. First time on this forum. Just got a used mercury tracer '95 1.9L. Everything needs repairs. Anybody know to fix the moving belt buckle on the door. I can hear the motor buzzing but it doesn't move. Other than that good to be on this forum.
