I'm at a friend's house and a bunch of us are standing outside by my car talking when I hear this "slapping noise". I look up and this girl I barely know is smashing my hood with her flip flop! I can't believe what I'm seeing (I'm pretty anal about my car) and just blurt out "What in the FUCK are you DOING?!" She SMILES and says "Oh, you had a big spider on your car...tee hee" I go over and sure enough there is a dead spider but also a nice scuff mark. So I flipped out, lost it, and told her to get the fuck away from me and stay the fuck away from my car. She starts giving me this attitude and tells me I should "lighten up!". I wanted to throw this girl off a very tall bridge! What the hell is WRONG with some people?? Ok, so you drive a POS...go smash your shoe against your OWN CAR...better yet, there's a spider on the back of your head, idiot...here, let me get it...

No...she is a good friend of my friend's girlfriend (follow?)..so yes, she's pretty much a random as far as I'm concerned. She wasn't at my house- I was at his house. I went to the dmv last month with a friend to get his license. The place was packed with people, and so was the parking lot. We finally get everything done and are on our way back to my car, only to find about 5-6 guys sitting on MY CAR. I flipped out... "Have you ever heard of respect for other people's property?! Get the fuck off my car!! Does it LOOK like a bench?! NO!!". To which one of them responded, "Relax man, it's not like it's new or anything...".

People like that REALLY piss me off. It's my car, I paid for it. I don't care if you think it's worthless... it's MINE. Slap me in the face, and you'd get a better reaction from me than if you hurt my car.

I don't want to generalize...but I will. It always seems like it's women who tend not to have respect for cars. They don't change the oil, they sit, lean on, or lay things on the paint, park in impossibly tight spaces next to other cars etc, etc. I know that there are exceptions (some of the girls in this forum, for example). But the fact that so few females even come to the forums to learn about, talk about or improve their cars proves my point, to a degree. Of course, then they argue that men are shallow because they are so into their cars. I worked hard to get my car.

Reminds me of my brother and his car, when he parks, he takes up 2 spaces just to make sure no anal parks beside him and opens their door only to scacth his car. No one is allowd to eat in or near the car, when your standind within 2 feet of the car, there are no excuses for any accidental damages, you will pay severely for them. The way you look and talk about his car can lead to punishable circumstances and instances of great fear. You must sit upstraight with no fooling around once you are inside the car, any damages can lead to more severe pain, you must handle th shutting of door with minimal force required to properly close the dfoor, any slight misuse of force, and he will slightly misuse force on you. He will not tolerate imcompetence when it comes to his car, and I will most likely be the same way

I love being anal and perticular about MY stuff. Always makes you feel better when you know your stuff has been taken care of. It always sells for a lot more too:)

I always park where no one is parked. Usually very far from the entrance to where I'm going, at the back of the parking lot where no one is parked. I've never had a ding in my life. When something happens to my car that isn't acceptable I get mad. Things include the smell of food inside, rim scratch from parking downtown like a drunken monkey in a rush, dings and scratches etc.

Even going to the extent of saying that "that sponge is not soft enough" when washing your car. Many sponges can actually scratch your paint and make little lines and permanent swirl marks when you're washing it. Don't the people that make this stuff realise this? Then when you wash your car with that bad sponge over and over, the paint will begin to not shine like it used to and look aged.

they didn't seem like the type of people who wanted to hear my ideas on proper car etiquette so I just said "excuse me", we got in and started the car up. they moved. it was all good. there were a couple of kids leaning on the car doors near the sidewalk and one kid in the back had his elbows on the trunk the rest of the kids were facing the kids who were leaning on the car. they just went and started leaning on the car behind ours when we left :rolleyes:.

FUCKING HIT THOSE ASSHOLES! I had some guys sitting on the hood of my car I asked them to get the hell off and they just said fuck you! I decked a guy, rolled him right of the hood of my car! Then I grabbed that punks long hair and smashed his face against the door if the tarus parked nexted to me. i looked up at his punkass friends and yelled "YOU WANT A FUCKING PIECE?"! They all bolted! I just bought a 2004 Echo h/b RS and about a week later I went to the mall with my girlfriend. I parked at the very very back of the huuuuge parking lot. When we got out of the mall about an hour later, I see a huge fucking ding right on the driver's side door. I was mad to say the least. I couldn't do anything about it because I could tell it wasn't the car beside me that did it. The ding was up pretty high on the door and the camry beside me couldn't have hit it where it was. I still get sad seeing that ding when I wash my car etc. :(
