who's all in?

ok a few weeks or months ago i posted about af making a movie, but since there hasn't been any feedback yet we can just do it ourselfes not under af's name unless we get permition.
i'm thinking to make a decent movie we will need atleast 15 people to be involved so post if you definatly can pitch in.

I'm in, I can do the crazy stuff.

Oooh, I'm available for any hardcore nude scenes. I'm willing to take one for the team and nail Jenna Jameson and other fine ladies. It'll be tough but for you guys... anything.

Im in NJ, but i attend a fairly large gathering up in nanuet if your interested in footage from there.

I am sure that I could help along with a few other people here in Utah, but like I said, we're in Utah.

If you don't mind youngvr4, Id like all those in here from Canada to show hands so that we can have some of us in there. I can provide some footage of the london and surrounding area (ie Toronto and such). We can do some pretty neat things and send it to whomever is putting all the footage together.

What you need to do is set up an FTP server and let everyone send in videos of their cars, or local races. That makes the most sense. THan you can include that in any type of video that you create.

we can put together an AF "street team", and get footage to someone who can edit it into a good dvd

I think it would be nice to have some amature footage in there as well.

I'll drive a little ways to film and/or get my slow Subaru in it, but I live in Arkansas and I'm not gonna go all the way to the east or west coast unless you guys are gonna pay for my gas and stuff :icon16:

Alright how many of you have seen bum fights?? Its basicly what i said, its a collection of ametour video of people beating the shit out of each other, and than they have a somewhat demented story line. That is probably the best way for you to go. Unless you plan on going all out like that last ride bs. But setting up an FTP server isnt really hard if you need help with that i can send you some good links. *sorry for the bad spelling, i type fast and dont proof read, sorry again*

I'm on 56k so don't even think y'all are gonna send me 100's of megabytes of footage via the interweb. You can mail me CDs :lol:

ok, so unless everyone has a better time, we'll start sending him our footage of streetracing and just plain reckless burnouts and donuts and freeway flybys and all the good stuff you can encounter around the end of june. my buddy is getting his 69 buick with 450hp out the shop in 2 weeks, so our race will def be on there :evillol:

oh no, i would say that around the end of june we start sending in what we have but we shouldn't, or he shouldn't start on making it until the end of august, that way we can get some nice runs in there with it bieng summer and nice cars come out.

Yeah I guess you can mail it to me. Once I figure out a way to organize this I'll give y'all my address. We can set the cutoff date for footage at like September 1 maybe? Try to get all kinds of stuff, cuz if it's just racing over and over it will be kinda boring. Even something as simple as driving next to a nice car with a good background and just getting a cool shot of it cruising, just get something to mix it up. And please try to get good footage, a dark road where all you can see is a couple sets of headlights isn't gonna be any good, and neither is something that's all choppy or shakey cuz you can't hold the camera still.

I'm gonna be in Dallas for 3 or 4 days for Hot Import Nights on August 7 if anyone wants to meet and do some filming then. I could even stay another day or 2 if necessary. I'll probably be visiting the Gulf somewhere in Texas or maybe heading somewhere on the east coast sometime during the summer too.

I'm still open to ideas for what type of things you guys think should be in the movie?

And be safe, I really don't want to hear about someone getting hurt or killed over this...

I assume all the footage I recieve is gonna be legal racing on closed courses made to look like illegal street racing, right? ;)

Here's a thought to make it intersting, what do you think about having an actual storyline, like a short 30-40 minute movie, then inserting little videos of the other random footage every so often? Or would you rather do it another way?
