test for post and 1st cartooning

Yo this is my 1st cartoon car i think it looks ok but its prob far from good. I dunno how to do lights can someone show me how and also rims ( i know they are hubcaps but i just bought this car so ill get rims soon).

i think it is good you should try using the filters and play around that all

what filters? Like blur and stuff?
