Custom Tail lights help....

Ok, ABout 3 weeks ago I got rear ended and my tails were smashed. So Now I am wanting to do something different with them, but I can't afford a conversion right now. I wanted to mold them into the back of the car but that would probably crack sometime down the road.

So now I am trying to come up with some other ideas or maybe designs to paint over the tails.

Anyone with pics of anything similarto this or any tail conversions please post pics. And anyone with some ideas feel free to express them....thanks

I've seen clear tails painted half red to mimick the 96 and up civics. The only problem is that the bulbs aren't in the right position for the white part.

Today I saw a 90-91 HB with the tails smoked real dark, I had to look close to tell they were stock, it looked pretty good.

If you mold it right it wont crack. I personaly have did several taillights with designs that looks pretty good. Find what you dont want to be painted, go to a vinyl shop and have them cut the design you want and use it to mask the tail light. Scuff, clean, paint, peal back the vinyl and voila. If you tell them what your doing they (well the shop around here anyway) will find a piece of scrap left over from another job and cut it in that sence color doesnt matter and wont charge full price.

umm but what about brake lights?
doesnt look right imo i say stock

i saw a 94-2001 integra with acura CL headlights and NSX tails and painted yellow with a full kit. It was the coolest thing ive ever seen. Really.
