fuel pressure releaf?

My sister has a 2000 SSEI and I'm changing the the fuel filter, so i need to releave the fuel pressure, what I'm used to finding the fuel pump fuse, removing that and bumpin the starter, but i can't find the fuse, unless im reading the box wrong? does anyone happen to know exactly how to releave the fuel pressure? thanks
