What to do with Dealer

I have had some problems with my 95, 120,000 mile Aurora. I have taken it to the stealer because after experiencing some incompetence from others I thought they would be more familiar with the car and its problems. Here is the story and I am wondering what I can do. I took the car to the stealer because no-one could get it aligned. they said I had "memory steer" needed to replace the bearing plates and mounts because they were not allowing the wheels to return to center "the bearing plates were sticking" I had the bearing plates out a few times and they seemed to work fine. I had them do the work while I waited ($500). As I waited I noticed the tech take it out several times. I think when you align a car to specks it should be a done deal. What I think he was doing was playing with the geometry to get it to drive straight, correct me if I am wrong. After this service the car would drive straight at low speeds, but at highway speeds (70 mph) the pull to the right gets worse as speed increases. This suggest to me that it is something to do with the magnetic assisted rack piece of shit once again correct me if I am wrong. On the same visit I mentioned the snapping noise up front when making a slow turn. All here have said it is probably the swing arm bushings, they said it was loose sub frame bolts and tightened them up; this worked for about 10 miles and returned.

Next visit was for the shift solenoids ($500) and again I mentioned the snapping up front and they tightened the sub frame bolts again.

Next visit is for the surging and bad gas mileage and to get the fuel rail replaced that is a recall. They checked the FPR, Coils, and fuel pump, said I needed injector service ($170) I went with there recommendation and it has done nothing not to mention they did not do the recall work.

On all of these visits I have mentioned that the idle control module (ICM) is acting funny, it clicks several times when you shut the car off and you can here it doing something (chattering) when you are driving at steady speed, they said not to worry about it. well I got to thinking about this surging and decided to start the car and manually hold the accelerator just off idle and see what happens. Low and behold the RPM surges as the ICM pushes in and out hitting the accelerator thus making the surging.

So! Where do I stand on all of these miss diagnosed problems, wheel alignment, popping noise, surging, and not doing the recall? Would it be asking too much for them to give me a new ICM? I will put it in. Or should I ask for a job application?

Contact the Attorney General in your state. They are charged with protecting consumers who get ripped off. Sometimes a letter to the owner of the dealership with a cc (without actually sending it) at the bottom of the letter to the AG will work too.
