Strange intermittant electrical GC'98 pls help

Hi I am desperately looking for a solution to my prob here.. Normally the van (98 grand Caravan 3.3) is great no issues.. then after driving a few miles the radio kicks off, when I stop and pull out the key, no power locks, door chimes, interior lights, no horn, headlights etc etc.. leave it a while and its all back.. also the radio and accessories dont work on accessory position either.. sometimes it (the radio) comes on and off while driving. I am thinking bad connections, ground, BCM???... any ideas??... this is frustrating!!..

Something's come loose, check connections...
Could be BCM, but not necessarily. You might check your power distribution module (relays/fuses... the thing next to the battery...)

OK Heres the skinny... looked at connections all seems ok.. checked block.. again ..SIGH.. here's whats happening... in accessory.. the lighter plug gets power but nothing else.. in key out position..I get no power locks, no horn, no headlights (but high beams off the stick work) no interior lights , no door chime and no radio.. heres the strange bit.. everything works great while key is in the ON position and in run EXCEPT the RADIO.. AND no power to the clock on the radio... there must be a common denominator here somewhere.. Loked through Haynes manual... but not much help.. anyones thoughts??????????.
Just bought van and so far (in 6 weeks..I had power steering rack blow, lost power steering pump, front brakes grinding (bad pad on drivers side and now this... geeeeez and I thought my old 95 was bad..I would pay to have her back..:-(
