save the CRX!

here is a project i've been holding off on for a bit...it used to be tamiya brilliant blue TS-44... gone through a partial stripping... primer awaits...
not sure on a colour yet...thinking on going OEM, but i also want it to keep it's youth... final rims and paint application will tell the story... :dunno: yet..suggestions?!?

I forgot what OEM (at least USDM) colors were offered, but I always liked the bright red w/black lower body trim.
Man it just looks sick with those rims!!!

This reminds me of Civic running around town here...it has the ITR 5-lug conversion and a B18c, even has a hydraulic clutch!

this is a great car! i like the crxs! suck awsome little cars. i am bulding the same fujimi kit. but i did a full custom body kit

Hmm interesting ideas... i liked the burnt orange possibility, but then Carrera RS's picture made me remember how good the CRX looked with black two tone paint job....so i think i'll be going with that...

ps: i dont' like purple cars...too fruity...

my crx is going to be done in a coat of metalic orange. Maxse ou shud do JDM crx, burnt grey with mugen decals and mugen body kit.

there is a crx here in florida that is part of acrophobia! a florida car club. it is like a baby blue with everything shaved but theres alot to it that i dont remember! i will look for pics!

SCCA Improved Touring, GT4, and GT3 cars respectively. Definitely much more interesting than simply hanging a bunch of pointless fiberglass off the sides of a Honda.

those are some pretty creative ideas...thanks for the imput.. but i think i'll keep it clean...if you've seen my previous builds i like the "jdm" look with some north american street racing culture into it... so i think this one is going to go black on black....rims still undecided..
