Okay Im a oldskool beetle fan, preferably the super beetles. Some the sites listed are more for the supers than the standards, wow Im a true fan of somthing for once lol. Well, any way I've found some sites that I think will be helpfull to anyone intersted in very good suspension and break set ups along with some very informative info for thier babys. Im all for good handling of cars.
here are the following. (some of the sites are in lauguages foren to me) It's nice to contribute some info here for once.
1) www.toplineparts.com < This site for all your super beetles suspension needs in the lowering department. except for lowering your torshion bars. this is probly the easyest place to find what you want.
2) www.germanlook.com < very informative site. it has soo many inspiring rides. many pictures and lots of good articles though it's not too active. still good place though.
3) www.ne.jp/asahi/jeffreys/vw/ < very nice stuff here the only prob is it's like in Japaneses or somthing of the sort. they have prety much all you could ask for here. you'll have to browsing the site to find the stuff your looking for but it's worth it. they have an adjustable coilover kit with pillow ball mounts (drool) for the front. can't say much can't read the writing at this site is foren to me. nice pictures here
4) www.kerscher-tuning.de/cgi-bin/shop.pl?page=frameset.html&shopid=108484131043337 > yeah thats kinda a long http address but it's got some nice stuff. Just click on the lil thumb of the beetle convertable. It will take you to a bigger picture of the car. Then on the side of the site it will bring up some stuff that you need to click to acces beetle parts. It would be help full if you know how to read german at this site. these ppl have adjustable coilovers for the front I can't say too much cuz I can't read the writing here it's also foren like #3 nice pictures here though so.
sites 3 and 4 sell perty much the same type of stuff so it's just a matter of reading and prefrence and cost. I know the ppl at site 3 have a car that they race with thier products on it so I guess you can say it's race proven technology.
well hope all this is helpfull to someone other than me. my car is just in the dreaming state but Ill have one eventualy.
Any sites anyone has to add to the list for standards or supers would be nice to see. Maby if we get enough the mods could make this a sticky for reffrence or somthing. (helpfull for newbys or the enthused wanting to do some work) If you know a good site for our babys feel free to add it. thax for your time and sorry about spelling errors.

I found a few more that may interest those aircooled fans. www.aircooled.com and www.superbeetles.com and www.1302super.com The first one is for any aircooled to incude Porsche 914. The last two are just beetles. Clark
