yes, the new 9500 is amazing!

I HATE MTX...they sound horrible and can't handle any power at all...Ive heard everything except the 9500 and I heard they get loud but sound like shit.

they dont sound like shit, a shop here has a mtx display vehicle with 5 mtx 9500 12's in an rsx its so loud and crisp sounding

MTX is one of those brands I will never buy anything from. They don't really sound good, they look plastic and their entire attitude towards audio, sales, and competition is gimicky and deceiving. I have the same attitude towards Kenwood

im not a fan of kenwood either, i do like mtx amps, i persionally have never had a mtx sub but from the ones i have heard are alright, there is always something better

My 15" 8000s kick everyones ass here...but my next competition down is 2 Kicker Comp 12"s in a huge hick made box in the back seat of a 86 Crown Vic. Hes the only one that even gets close...so its kinda pathetic. Then that kid that has 6x9s in boxes in his back window...good lord.

lol ur 8000's kick everyones ass? do you even know what we have around here?, and kicker comp/comp VR sucks, even in a custom box made for them, there is so much better

Come to columbus... Ill romp those MTX's... no offense against you but I can't stand mtx and the only thing they have is the 9500 and all it does is get loud, how could they ever even think about comparing it to the w7...much less saying its better.

i would take a w7 is i was rich, but if i wasnt i would take the 9500
the w7 is too expensive, but worth the dough

What the hell are you talking about...obviously if I was saying that my only competition was those Kickers, Im not talking too big. If I said my only competition was something decent, then you could maybe say that. Stop assuming I have a big ego, cause I live in a small town and there isnt much close to mine around here, thats all Im saying. A kid in my county has 4 JL 12W6s in his Blazer...and thats pretty nice, hence the fact he also likes Boss amps too.

im not saying jls dont hit but if u google jl vs mtx find out for yourself that all specs on mtx $hit all over jl my buddy has a 12" jl w7 and i have a 12" mtx 9500 and he is going to sell his jl and get an mtx because my mtx hit harder and sounded better oh yeah we both have 1500 watt amps hooked up mine being mtx and his being jl now we changed amps i put his jl amp to my mtx and he put mtx amp to his jl and i honestly have to say i like the jl amp better but as for subs mtx all the way
