broke it in with full synth oil.
you know thats not good right. your not saposed to brake in a engine with synthetic. your saposed to use regular oil for the initial brake in and then you can swap it out. did you put the rings on the pistons and put them in the engine yourself? did you make sertain that the ring gaps were not ligned up and were placed corectly?

I now know that breaking it in with synth was bad. Spent 2800 bucks building the engine, drove it for 2 weeks and it started blowing oil out the dip stick. Over 2500 rpms and it blows oil.

yeah, your rings never got broken in, because the synth did its job to well lol. i wouldnt suggest this on a new engine, but on an older style carbed engine this is a trick you can try. while its running, pour a glass of water down the carb, if it dosnt choke and die, turn it off. let it sit for 24 hours or so. a thin rust layer will build up on the cylenders making them rough, then when you start it, this rough surface will seat, and break in the rings proporly, should fix your problem, and yes im serious, this is not a troll post.
