air conditioner issue?

I have a wet passenger floorboard. I'm assuming it's an issue with my a/c condensate draining properly. I've 'flushed' the condensate drain line that goes through the firewall, but noticed the rubber 90 is missing. Could this be my issue...without the 90, would 'wind' keep the condensate from draining??

It could be.

Or It could be a leaky heater core.

My heater core is new. Accumulation seems to be 100% water, no coolant. CW

Sounds like something got disrupted during the heater core replacement. I wouldnt know how to attack it w/out a service manual (helms), but I'd make sure the the heater core/evap assembly is put together properly & nothing is missing/loose/misaligned/unhooked.
G/luck
