SIRII is mearly a b16a ...II is for second generation and it would be a JDM engine..perhaps a canadian destination...our SI's are thier SIR's..altho a JDM spec is better in my opinion...altho im not sure wich stamp you are asking for a location on..your main engine code is located on the block to the left of the exhaust manifold and to the right of the tranny twards the top of the block .. is that the one your looking for ? let me know if not and ill give ya other stamping locations

SiR and SiRII are trim levels like DX, VX, HX, Si, they were both availible at the same times, from 89-00 and they ALL have B16A stamped on the front of the engine block to the left about in the middle. Differences between the SiR and SIRII are options, like the SiRII had automatic and manual, the SiR was just manual. SiRII had bronze glass, they had different wings, different stereos, SiRII had LSD, etc...basically imagine if a DX and an Si both had B16As.
