Just undo the bolts for your headlight and replace it. if you don't know where the bolts are, look at the aftermarket projector, and see where the bolts would be, then take a socket wrench and unbolt them. I'm not sure if you have to take the bumper off. you do on the 6th gen.

it's mostly the terminals i'm wondering about...i found that there is a plug-in in each projector lamp, so i'm assuming that the just wire up to the old lamps terminals...hmmm....i'm starting to wonder if i am goingt o be able ot explain...argh....i'll let oyu know
haha

Oh, umm, if the projectors didn't come with a harness that splits your existing harness. Your stock harnesss should have three wires. ground (Black), high beam, and low beam. so all you have to do is splice on the wire from the projector lense to the highbeam wire on the stock harness, and on the regular light side, just splice it onto the low beam wire on the stock harness. then, just do the two black wires to the ground.

k, well i got the harness...like i said...the old head lights have a plug in that the new projectors will go into, there by making a spereate high beam and low...ground i know what to do...but there are two red wires with ringlettes on them....are they supposed to hook up to the battery ?
thanks

You will have to remove the bumper. Not too hard, there are about 8 screws on top right at the hoodline. in the middle. Then all thats left are the screws that connect it to the wheel well, don't remember how many, only a couple though. Easy.

Yeah, remove the bumper.... unplug the wiring.... unscrew the housing.... screw the new housing in.... plug in the harness.... test it out.... put the bumper back on.
Finished product.... a nice mean glare!

I love mine... even though the heat cracked one of the projector lenses and created a weird cats eye effect.

Civics don't have "Daytime Running Lights". So what you are saying is that there are lights on all the time? This is wrong. Lights shouls only be on when you turn the dial on the stalk. Maybe you wired something wrong. I don't know why it would be that difficult, mine came with all the connecters and they were just plug-n-play.

yes thats correct, the canadian civics have daytime running lights.
when you turn the car on, the high beams come on, but with less intensity, however, when you put projectors on, the high beams come on like they should, but the brightness is the same as the reg. high beams...
mine does that too, and i have projectors also....
i have a 93 canadian si hatch
