why was my thread locked?

i don't understand why my thread was locked. i've seen several of threads about illegal drugs on here, and they weren't locked, well not as soon as mine was.....

i'm not trying to make anyone mad or complain by any means, but i just want to know for future reference what isn't allowed on this forum.

the true question is, why not lock it!

i was about to defend you lois accept for the fact that you kinda asked how to make the drug, which really isn't something to talk about in a public domain. talking about it's not a big deal i'd assume, but asking how to make it might be.

however i disagree with the opinion that it was stupid and pointless cuz i've seen many other drug related threads that have gone on to 10-15 pages worth of conversation perpetuated significantly by moderators. some people should really learn when to keep their opinions to themselves.

ummm...... maybe becasue i wanted some information, i really don't think a when a mod looks at a thread he thinks: "why shouldn't i lock this" that wouldn't make a whole lot of sense....i don't want to piss anyone off, apparently i ahev oevr stepped my "boundries" :(

It's called liability. Intelligent people arent compelled to talk about illegal activities online, no matter how enjoyable they may be :smile: ...

i've seen a lot of locking and banning going on for no real good reason, in fact there's a thread about it now in the AF: hot or not section., i remember when the mods use to "clean up" threads to make them less offensive or illegal or whatever, now, i guess, they just close it and move on.

Threads about locked threads are also a no-no.

You wanted information about a drug, hmmm......this ain't the place to get your info about where to buy your favorite upper/downer.

why did you make another pointless thread instead of PMing the mods?

AF can be held liable if someone posts how to make a certain drug. Posting about your experiences with drugs isn't a problem, however.

If you want to experiment and/or fuck yourself up, by all means, go ahead, just don't ask people on here how to make the substances to do it. A lot of us might know, they ain't telling.
