grand marquis help

hey guys i need some help on replacing the valve cover gaskets in my 88 grand marquis. i cant get the valve covers off on the left side becuase of this cover thats over it. its the efi cover and i was wondering if i could take it off somehow to get to the valve cover under it. its connected to the throttle body too. please help me!
