steerin wheel again

oh and my steering is realy sticky and hard to turn my wheel when im goin slow or when im stopped any suggestions?

is your car equipped with power steering? If the power steering breaks, then it sort of 'becomes' manual steering, which to some not used to it, will feel hard and sticky when going slow/stopped.
check your power steering fluid at least, and maybe take it into the shop
