autosalon Brussels

Is anyone going to the autosalon in Brussel next week. I think I'm going next saturday or sunday. Can't remember when is the closing date:D

I'm just done with my exams 2days before it closes:)

Is it going to be a BIG event, like International Tuning Salon in Mechelen

I don't know if there's a website for it, but it is much bigger then the ITS. If you 've ever been in the Heizel paleizen you'll know what I'm talking about. It's really really big. But the autosalon only presents new cars, and only a small part of tuned cars (mostly with brand connected tuners like Brabus or Hamann). To compare the Heizel to Mechelen, the entire size of the ITS in Mechelen equils to 1 hall of the Heizel. And if I remember correct their are 7 halls...

Hmmm.....if they don't have many tuned cars then its not really worth it
for me to drive all the way to Brussel.
Myself and AccordCE8 are going on a "slipcursus" or skidlesson (or something :D)
this sunday, I'm taking my digi cam so there will be pics on sunday evening I guess of AccordCE8 and me spinning around on wet surfaces.

Hey be sure to post those pics when you have them, I'm want to know what I should expect when I take that "slip course" :D
I don't think I'll be going the Brussel Autosalon, I think it's just like the Dutch Auto Rai, walking for 3 hours and only seeing Kia's and Huyundai's and when your legs feel like they are going to fall off you finally see a Ferrari or something (correct me if I'm wrong) , nah I just wait for the Francorchamps F1 Grand Prix :) The whole parking lot will be one big car show :D

I'm not thinking of a whole weekend, I think one day of hearing/seeing racing is enough, otherwise it get's bored.
Maybe going out the day before in belgique, friday or saturday evening, and sunday to the formula 1???

We were talking about events we could go to.
I found this event, a 5th Japan Auto Festival at the Circuit in Lelystad Holland.

I got the date from Tuning Magazine nr. 24
It will be held on the 1st of september 2K2.

So there will be only Japanese cars like Honda, Mitshubisi, Honda, Toyota, Honda..........or did I said that allready :D

and the F1 in Francorchamps will be held on the 1st of september too
