Sound system question

i have a 96 sedan, i wanna get rid of the stock speakers, i have a standard 45 x 4 watt JVC Head unit ...

what size speakers do i need for the rear and front ?

and what how many watts ? I'm guessing i need 300, and also, is instillation easy ? i think a lot needs to be dismanteld at the back.

4x6 in front doors and 6x9 in back
