This is a 1/18 Muscle Machine 350Z Roadster kit that I finished building this one today.
I was a very simple kit to build, took me less than an hour to complete.

Well, in some turbo setups a smaller turbo is used for a quick start then a larger turbo kicks in for greater hp. I think thats right... But i'm not sure that setup applies to this situation.

I'm going to expand on what Garret said.
Smaller turbos have a smaller spool and they take less time to spool up. The larger turbos take longer to spool up thus not gaining much power quickly. So sometimes twin turbo cars (MKIV Supra) have one smaller turbo and one larger turbo. This creates a quicker charge because the smaller turbo spools up faster. Then when the larger turbo is finally spooled up the smaller turbo is at its peak. It creates a smooth transistion, with power no less.
BTW: That's just a twin turbo set up on the 350Z.

I got that model too. I am pretty happy with the paintjob and everything else... except it is extremely out of scale. Definitely not a 1/18... more like a 1/16! so i couldnt put it next to my other tuners! :angryfire

I thought that too, and posted the info on Honda-tech.com. About 18 guys replied immediatly, stating that no cars came factory with different sized turbos. I thought for SURE the FD3's, 3000gt's, or MKIV's did.... They had links to prove my wrongness.......

None come factory that I know of. You might try asking them if it's possible to install aftermarket turbos in that arrangement.

looks really nice! but i have a question...
Why does it have 4 turbos?(atleast it looks like it)
thats actually only 2 turbos.....its a v6 engine, so they are on opposing sides instead of inline.
EDIT: i just saw the pics above. DOH!
