What are you looking for in a car?

you already know most of us will vote for a sentra SE-R spec-V. the reasons are simple. its cheap, nice looking, good handling, and its a nissan!:) the only one that can actually beat it its the neon(from your list), and the neon is crap! and a lancer..if its an EVO, no argument! but a base lancer..naw. my vote goes for the EVO, and if the lancer you want is not an evo, i vote for the SE-R

That neon is far from crap

They have yet to find the limits of that engine, in fact I think right now they're up around 500whp and still going, on STOCK internals. I'd like to see the qr25 do that, or hell even the sr20 (non det). Everything about that car is different from the base neon, in fact the only thing it really shares with the neon is the appearance.

Between those listed I would take the neon hands down, the sentra is no contest, it can't beat it stock vs stock, it can't beat it mod vs mod, it can't beat it $ vs $, and it can't even beat it in mod potential. The only thing it does beat it in is appearance (subjective), price (by a very small amount), and handling.

Of course before either I would take a wrx, but that wasn't on your list.

ya wrx is like 10k more then what i listed though i dont got that kind of money so

you guys also gotta remember that the evo and the srt-4 are TURBO and u know as far as i do that makes all the difference right there. it all depends on what u want and what type of car u want in and need in your life right now. Im tellin u right now whats gonna be a bad ass mama jamma is the 05 altima SER. I saw it on espn when they did the new york auto show V6 3.0L 260hp now thats something to look forward to but there gonna be around the same price as the sti.
