Dash Removal of '79 CJ5

Have a question! Restoring a 1979 CJ 5 here and im going to be painting soon. I need to take all of the dash pieces off and im not too sure how and my Chiltons Manual doesnt say how. Anyone ever done this? Can i get some instructions on how to take everything off? There are clips of some kind on all the knobs and i just need to know how those knobs will come off and if we will need to buy new clips in order to get them back on. Please help if you can!!
