Lotus 99T - 1:43

This is an older Tameo kit, so it lacks the finesse of the modern kits. It's a pretty quick build up as I'm planning a more detailed one later ad I wanted to see how it went together. I also wanted to see how Tamiya clear went on so I can use it on the McLaren project. Anyway, heres the body work as it stands. The cars is Senna's from the Brazillian GP.

Be warned... its VERY basic!!! I'm hoping they'll bring out an improved version soon...

Lotus man, I'd forgotten how basic it was!! I just got it out to have a look, no photoetch!!!!

I love the way that the seatbelts are just decals that you apply directly to the seat!!!!!

It should build nicely though, but like you say, it would be nice to see a new superkit of this car with fully riveted chassis!!!!!
