Pinstripes

I saw some pinstripes at advance auto parts the other day that claimed to light up during the day. They made me think if there are any pinstripe kits that actuallt have lightbulbs in them on the market. Im talking about actual electric pinstripes. Is there a such thing and if so where can i get em?
