brake line replacment

Just bought slotted discs and Russell steel brake lines. No directions. The discs look pretty straight foeward. The brake lines I'm a little confused about though. Like where do the washers go they supplied? How do I get the clips off? And Where does the rear line go? Any supprises I should know about?
