93 caravan rough idle

my minivan has an idle that keeps getting rougher and rougher. have had codes checked but din't come up with anything. also tried carb carb cleaner in gas, no diff. i would appreciate any help :grinno:

How about a vacuum leak?
a burnt valve?
bad throttle position sensor?
Low compression?
clogged Catalytic converter?
Bad O2 sensor?
bad thermostat?
Need a tuneup?

It doesn't necessarily have to throw a code to have a problem.
