Help needed with neons

hey guys and girls,
i just got an underbody neon kit for my 00 eclipse. i ran the rest of the wire with no problems but the one for under the back bumper I can't figure out how to run it into the car.
any guesses?

it was my understanding that all the wires run into one relay and then u run the relay into the car. sounds like ur tryin to run all four wires into the car. is that what ur tryin to do?

yeah thats what Im trying to do. i never heard anything about a relay on the out side of the car before. if you know an easier way to do this let me know. thanx

did u go and buy four 18'' or 24'' neon bulbs??

it was a set it came with two of each

well there is suppose to be a little black box that came with the set that all four lights will be wired to. i dont know if its called a relay or not. i really dont know what its called. but most people mount that under their hood and then run it to a switch inside the car.
