dodge caravan 96 power locks

96 dodge caravan...with power lock problems...they started to rattle and would not engage when driving....could not operate manually...then had to turn engine on and off to unlock them maunually...then they stopped working altogether...then when I would turn on engine horn would go off and would not stop....had take out relay for horn...so I now have no horn or power locks or inside lights...I need a schematic of horn / power locks so mechanic can determine what is causing problem...any and all suggestions / help welocme..

go to www.alldatadiy.com and buy the manual online.
sounds like the body control module has gone bad, or you've gotten water or something down into it.
but, it could be a jammed door lock switch, or door jamb switch dirty too. But that won't explain the horn, unless the van has the alarm and keyless entry (which won't work if a door lock button is held down either), but it wouldn't just blow, it would do the beep-beep-beep.... thing.
try this, remove the drivers master switch and unplug it and see if it all clears up. if it does, check all the door lock buttons and the door jamb pin switches. You might have spilled something/broken something or a switch may just have come apart.

I 2nd the BCM. I have seen many go bad and do nutsy things!
