ignition cylinder - 96 Dodge Intrepid

How do you replace it? How much does it cost? Is it hard to replace? How much would someone charge me to replace it?

Best advice is to call around before doing it. I've noticed there can be fairly large differences between some quotes on the same thing ... so watch out.
