have anyone done a 1jz-gte swap using the stock 7m-ge or 7m-gte ecu? And is there a plug and play ems ecu for a 7m-ge?

No, it won't work. There are a few piggy back's out now for the 7m, PHR has one, the greddy E-manage is another, all plug and play. Lots of options on the E-manage, not as many as a AEM but it's still good for a piggyback and for the price.
