How do I change right front blinker

I checked the manuel, of course it says take it to the dealer. The dealer wants to charge me $50 to change a $4 blinker. Does anyone know how to change the right front blinker bulb. Not sure how to take off the cover to the bulb, looks light I might need a special too. Please help anyone
