outside air temp sensor

Can any one tell me how to test the sensor to determine if it is bad?

There is a resistance to temperature ratio chart.

Different thermistors are created to different resistance values, so this may be the wrong chart, but I don't know. - You may need to get a hold of a service manual - the chart should be in there.
