1999 325

I am looking at a 1999 325. It has 140k Miles. Can anyone tell me a little about possible problems to look for with these cars. For example a few years back I owned a 533 and learned that 528 cam belts would go bad and if you didnt replace them they could take out the valves and the head. Are they fairly dependable and maintenance free????
