vsiev, i got the locks and lifts. the lifts went in just perfect, and they work like a dream. i havent done the locks yet, i figured to wait till i get done with the other two projects first to work on that since its the biggest.
thanks vsiev for your parts
i got the headlight bracket from aricanderson, and it went in and everything, fits perfect, but when i plug the new one in, it goes up, and the other stays down. then when i flip the switch to make them go up, the new one goes down and the other one flips up. so they are opposite each other no matter what i do. i tried plugging the new one in when they are up and down, i tried adjusting the height knob and the rod that connects the motor to the bracket. but no matter what i try, they are always opposite. if anyone has put a new headlight in or done anything like this and has had the same problem, or knows how to fix it, let me know. all help is appreciated.
thanks
paul

make sure the wiring isn't cut or rewired...might be a miss wiring...you can try the arm again....you know take off the arm from the motor, have the lights up then reattaching the arms the same as the other side. do you still get the rattle in the back from the hatch? Oh and the locks, you can take the barrel off of them and swap them with yours so you can use your existing handles. Or just install the red ones and repaint later lol

no prob....i hate working under a time limit....it sucks ass. I remember doing my conversion and couldnt' get it done cause of the wiring(which was a B*tch) and I had to go to work. So i had to borrow a car and i got it done the next day. Good luck with it...let us know how it turns out

well, lets see, i just got back inside from my projects. all done for now, i got the trunk lock in, both door locks, headlight bracket, kill switch for my sub-(dont worry its nothin special, just some bass for my car) and i think thats about it. im so happy i got it all done tonight even though the red handles look pretty sketchy, ill probably paint em sometime this weekend. thanks vsiev for all your help and supplying me with the parts, also thanks to aricanderson for the headlight bracket even though it took a week and a half.
the list of stuff that i still have/want to do is endless

well you know you can take the lock barrel out and swap it so you can use the existing white handles. Nothing complicated i think, just have to remove a spring coil holding the barrel and then swap it, and replace the spring coil. Oh and sorry it took me a while to ship it out to ya. At least now people can't get into the car lol
