Whistling

I hear a whistle when i turn left

i just replaced the outter i think tie rod on my car but i sorta was hearing it before and i had a spare on, i thought it was the spare
but now its louder

I think it might be coming from the booty thing on the shocks i think it is
or the bar thats in the middle of the spring

but uhhh yea

anyone have any ideas what else it could be?

if it is the bar in the middle, that is your power steering rack. are you low on power steering? Too much will also damage it. If you have damage boots, you should get them replaced cause dirt and such can get into the interior of the rack and cause damage.
