almost lost my car last night

me and my girlfriend went to the steak house last night and
while we were eating we heard tires a squaling, 2 old women
ran their car right throught the front on the building
and ended up in the middle of the damn salad bar.
the old lady behind the wheel says, i dont know were
im at? i thought i was in reverse.. she was really a winding it
out when she was coming across the sidewalk. to beat it all
she was parked beside my car. i bet she was 85 yrs. old.

something like that happened to my friends grandpa, he went to drive his car with a cast on his foot like a dumbass, well he was backing out the driveway, and his foot got stuck between the accelerator and brake and the car took off, well me and 2 other friends were coming around the corner and happen to cstch this, next thing we know, while the cars hallin ass backwards towards another house, our friend jumps out the back window!!! the car goes through the fence and bam right into the house!! we just stood there with our jaws dropped!

yeah she put it in drive instead of reverse
and floored it if the salad bar didnt stop
her she would have run out the back of the
building.

so she was gonna floor it in reverse then??? crazy old ladys

yeah and take out all the cars in the roll
behind her....lol

heh that almost happened to me.. I pulled up to a single blinking caution light at an intersection.. i look both ways, there are cars comming but they have a stop sigh too. So i procede through the intersection, for some reason i stopped for a quick second, so the rear of my car was on the white line, and this asshole in a Tacoma goes FLYING through the intersection .. he must have been going 70. Im so lucky i stopped becasue he would have got me for sure. Now Tacmoa's are on my hate list. Along with red jetta's:) oh. and along with mustangs

my friend got t-boned and flipped 5 times and landed upside down on someones porch.....wasnt his fault tho

thats why i am a strong advocate that at a certain age, old people need to be given driving tests rather than written ones to keep their licences. both accidents i have been involved in, were the fault of an older "more experienced" driver. i drive fast, but i am a very safe driver. (i know we all think that eh) but to be honest, old people on the streets are far more dangerous than a younger person.

I hear ya man. I drive like a bat outa hell. But I know when to stop ya know. People used to flip out when I would leave a party half drunk and drive home. Then they rode with me and found that I am about as safe as they get when it comes to a half comatose driver LOL

eh, id still go out and pull the rotor out of your distributor, im quite anti drunk driving. not gonna preach on ya though. anyone ever amuse themselves by watching a drunk person trying to leave a party, trying to figure out why their car wont start lol, its great, i love drunk people they amuse me ;)

Well no one else has said it, but dude you have one sick camaro. I've seen many a f-body and I think yours has to be one of the best looking I've seen. I love the black outs, or red outs. Makin me tingly.

at home......these wheels are over 2 years old,
but the car originally came with 15x7's now has
16x8's gave it a lot better stance and handling.
but they do rub if you turn the wheels to deep.

no, he takes them off after dark and and the
fog lights dont work, why couldnt he wire
them into his park lights? or would that cause a
overload?

yea he could wire them into his parking lights, thats how i have mine on my truck

will they light up bright? he just put them
in the nose of the car they have wires
on them already. he was going to find a
z28 and get the wiring and relay to hook them
up with.

i dont see y they wouldnt.... mine has a relay too, but thats because it has 2 lights, it has a little blue light that comes on, and then a little clear push button that turns on the bulbs, them fuckers are bright too, i got them from advance

his is steel, its heavier than hell,
he put new hood shocks on
it after they put on the hood
made a world of a difference

haha my hood shocks are shot, i have to use an old broom handle to hold my hood up, its the heaviest hood ive ever lifted

my dad was working on a iroc one time
and the hood shocks gave out and the hood came down and shut on his back while he was leaning over the engine. he had some minor
bruises, but thats all. i think they are $40
at advance. i know the ones for his trunk
are shot right now. they are 35 a piece.
